Your missions \- Prospect and convert a Swiss clientele interested in real estate investment in Dubai \- Market real estate located mainly in Dubai \- Accompany your clients until the finalization of the sale \- Use our internal commercial methods, tools, and processes Profile sought \- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong commercial sense, and taste for challenges \- Autonomy and rigor in the follow-up of your clients and appointments \- Ease with commercial tools and structured processes \- Professional presentation \- Initial experience in sales or real estate is a plus Work organization \- Activity rate: 100% \- Mandatory presence in the agency from Monday to Friday, 08h00–12h00 \- The balance of time is organized autonomously: prospecting, client appointments, etc. Remuneration — 100% variable, uncapped Position remunerated exclusively on performance, with a progressive commission system and no earning cap. As an example, an employee who reaches their objectives and concludes one sale per month can claim remuneration in the order of CHF 10'000\.\- per month.
