Your tasks at your new employer You recruit new talents in order to meet the operational needs of the various departments You proactively accompany and support managers in managing the employee life cycle, particularly in the context of conflict management, absenteeism, and the evolution of certain roles and structural changes You support and advise managers, particularly in the annual performance evaluation process You take charge of various HR projects and actively contribute to the definition of new processes in order to continually adapt practices and maintain quality service You identify skill development needs and implement appropriate training actions, accompanying employees in their professional evolution and promoting a culture of continuous learning You offer your new employer You hold the Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en Ressources humaines or an equivalent higher education qualification You have at least 5 years of successful experience in an HR Business Partner role (ideally in an industrial sector) You have in-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law You have good abilities to unite people and are proactive in making proposals You are a French native speaker, proficiency in German will be considered an asset Have we aroused your interest?
