Your tasks <br /> • Independently carry out simple to complex insolvency proceedings • Order immediate measures for newly opened insolvency proceedings on-site until the conclusion of the proceedings • Conduct interrogations, inventory audits, as well as negotiations with different parties (debtors, creditors, employees, authorities, debtors, and interested parties) • Realize assets (movable assets and real estate) through private sale or public auction <br /> Your profile <br /> • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training • Knowledge in the field of the Debt Collection and Bankruptcy Act (SchKG) as well as possession of the federal professional certificate <<Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreibung und Konkurs>> are an advantage, but not a requirement • Conscientious, solution-oriented, and well-organized way of working • Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as healthy assertiveness • Impeccable reputation (no debt collection proceedings) • Driver's license Cat.
