What you achieve ## • Independent management of various portfolios of commercial and residential properties (with the support of an assistant) • Verbal and written contact with tenants, entrepreneurs and authorities • Technical management of janitors and cleaning staff • Ensuring maintenance and participating in renovation and renewal projects • Periodic condition assessment of the properties and creation of condition reports • Creation and monitoring of budget and multi-year planning What you bring ## • Completed basic training and further education as a real estate manager with a federal certificate of proficiency • Several years of professional experience in managing commercial and residential properties • Experience in renting commercial and residential properties • Very good verbal and written communication in German and English • Knowledge of Garaio REM and Yarowa is an advantage • Service-oriented and customer-focused personality with independent and proactive work approach
