Aiding Assistant (M/F) Job Description #### As a Nursing Assistant, you will contribute directly to the well-being and daily care of patients. Your missions will be to : • Assist patients in activities of daily living, such as washing, dressing, getting up, and going to bed • Ensure the physical and psychological well-being of patients by providing them with emotional support and promoting their autonomy • Assist nursing staff in performing technical care, such as taking vital signs, dressings, and position changes • Collaborate with members of the medical team to ensure global and coordinated care of patients Your profile and skills #### • Ability to work with empathy and respect towards patients and their families • Sense of organization and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment • Versatility, sense of responsibility, rigor, and autonomy • Knowledge of hygiene and safety principles in patient care • Flexibility and adaptability to variable working hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
