What you can expect: Overall responsibility for the Human Resources department for SANITIZED AG at its headquarters in Burgdorf and its subsidiaries in Europe, India, China, and the USA; currently around 75 employees Leadership responsibility for one employee, technical responsibility within the SANITIZED Group, as well as leadership and close cooperation with external international partners Advising and supporting management and executives on all personnel-related and labor law issues Responsibility for the entire HR lifecycle, from personnel planning to recruiting, contract management, onboarding, talent management, and succession planning Responsibility for complying with all labor, tax, and social security regulations in Switzerland and abroad Ongoing development, modernization, and digitization of HR processes and HR systems Responsibility for payroll processing, budgeting, and annual financial statements Planning and implementing training measures, as well as change and OE processes What you bring: Leadership experience in a comparable position in an international environment Higher education in the field of HR: federal HR specialist certificate with further training in HRM, e.g., dipl.
