Project Manager for the public transport ordering procedure # Office of Energy and Transport | 80-100 % | Chur ## The Office of Energy and Transport is the cantonal competence center for matters relating to the energy and public transport sectors. In the public transport sector, we are responsible for strategic planning and the coordination of public transport throughout the Canton of Grisons. We coordinate public transport with trains and buses and are responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of projects for future-oriented public transport. A good connection to the national and international rail network, as well as regular and frequent connections in regional and agglomeration transport, are of central importance for the maintenance and development of the living, tourist, and economic space of Grisons. For the Office of Energy and Transport, we are looking for a project manager for the public transport ordering procedure starting from 1 September 2026 or a date to be agreed upon. Tasks • Carrying out the ordering procedure for regional public transport (TRV) for road transport services in the Canton of Grisons • Carrying out tenders and responsibility for concluding agreements on objectives with transport companies • Specialist evaluation of applications relating to operating vehicles according to the OITRV • Specialist evaluation of promotion applications • Assistance to tariff communities in the Canton of Grisons What we expect from you • University degree or degree from a university of applied sciences in business administration or transport planning • Interest in interdisciplinary collaboration, ability to conduct negotiations and contact with transport companies, authorities, and associations • Experience in the autonomous development of conceptual issues • Several years of professional experience in the public transport sector is an advantage • Excellent command of the German language in oral and written form • Good knowledge of multiple cantonal languages is an advantage We look forward to receiving your online application and will be pleased to meet you.
