Thus, we are recruiting several positions as: Social Educators, Social Educators ES-HES ## availability of activity rates from 50% to 90% ## The available positions are located in the different poles of the Foundation, each of which welcomes up to 8 female and male residents who present a mild to moderate or even severe intellectual deficiency, associated or not with psychic disorders. Although some female and male residents generally have capacities in performing activities of daily living, their various needs require a permanent educational presence. Your mission: • Accompany residents (ASD, complex situations, etc.) on a daily basis in the realization of their life project, relying on the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) • Work in a multidisciplinary team for the elaboration, monitoring, and evaluation of personalized support projects • Develop and maintain network collaboration, both internally with the health service, therapists, and other Foundation services, and externally with families, legal representatives, specialists, and various partners • Support residents in the execution of activities of daily living and basic care • Perform care and medico-technical acts in relation to your level of competence • Participate in the Foundation's development projects • Participate in various meetings such as colloquiums, status updates, syntheses, etc. • Perform all administrative tasks related to the support Your profile: • Diploma as a Social Educator, Social Educator ES or HES • Significant experience with persons presenting an intellectual deficiency and associated disorders • Proven organizational skills and ability to work both autonomously and in a multidisciplinary team • Physical and psychic resilience allowing for facing complex situations • Listening skills and ability to foster interdisciplinary collaboration • Respect, equity, and solidarity are part of your values and you know how to embody them in your daily practice You can count on: • A stimulating, varied, and dynamic working environment, promoting exchange, creativity, and taking initiative • An approach to work aimed at valuing skills and know-how in a spirit of openness, honesty, and authenticity • A workplace in a unique setting in the heart of nature • Numerous possibilities for continuous training and personal development • The opportunity to participate in the Foundation's development projects • Free parking • Working and salary conditions according to the CCT of the vaudois semi-public social sector Start date: immediately or to be agreed Has this job offer aroused your interest and made you want to apply?
