Service Professional 40% – 50% Bistro

As a social enterprise, iwaz operates assisted living, training, and work offers, is a service provider for industry and rehabilitation technology, and is a venue for seminars, cultural events, and gastronomic experiences in Wetzikon. The venue stands for two gastronomic areas with different orientations and clientele. The iwaz Clubhaus offers enjoyable gastronomic experiences for private and public events with up to 200 guests for banquets, seminars, cultural, and business events. Our iwaz Bistro, designed as self-service community catering, prepares up to 300 meals daily for employees, apprentices, and residents of iwaz. As an integration partner, we offer professionally managed training positions and provide jobs for people with a disability. To expand our Bistro team, we are looking for a service professional with a workload of 40% - 50% starting from the beginning of August or by arrangement. Your task • Daily responsibility in the service area with deployment in early or late shifts according to the work schedule with the following possible shifts: 06.00 – 15’00, 10.30 – 19.00 as well as 13.30 – 19.00 with deviating shifts on the weekend. • Leading the assigned employees and assigning the employees according to skills and well-being in cooperation with the agogics specialist • Compliance with service standards • Compliance with hygiene regulations according to HACCP What you bring with you • Advantageously a completed qualification as a Restaurationsfachmann/-frau EFZ, EBA or corresponding experience in service • Good German language skills, other foreign languages are a plus • A friendly and professional appearance with a strong focus on customer orientation • Enjoyment of a lively operation What you can expect from us • Timely information about assignments – monthly work schedule • Free parking and a wide, discounted catering offer • A professional environment characterized by an appreciative basic attitude Your next step We look forward to your complete application documents.
