Share What awaits you? ## During your 3-year training, you will be deployed in the following work situations to gain a holistic insight into banking: • Receiving customers, conducting initial consultations and passing them on • Independently advising youth customers • Explaining and applying digital services • Assisting in the consultation of customers • Administratively preparing and processing banking transactions In addition to the classic work situations in banking, you will also encounter the following topics in your training with us: • Marketing & Events • Project management What do you bring with you? ## • Completed compulsory education at the highest level (Sek A) with good grades • BM1: very good school grades - passed entrance examination • Enjoyment of customer contact and working in different teams • Interest in the banking business and economic contexts • Interest in dealing with digital media • Reliability, openness to new things, willingness to learn and commitment
