Your tasks ### • Planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of regular and new (ecumenical) offers for seniors • Establishment of a visitation service (together with a pastor) • Participation in intergenerational offers / projects • Relationship building with seniors / people from the Nordquartier • Networking with (socio-cultural) institutions from the elderly sector in the Nordquartier (and the city) • Planning, organization and implementation of annually occurring (ecumenical) events such as Sommerfest and Christmas for everyone • Participation in team meetings (once a month), team workshops and in working groups for Ensemble Markus Your profile ### • Completed training in Social Work, Socio-cultural Animation or comparable training • Joy in relationship work and interdisciplinary cooperation • Joy in working independently • High level of personal responsibility • Willingness for occasional evening and weekend shifts • Engaging personality • Very good oral and written German skills (C1) • Confident handling of MS-Office What we offer ### • Freedom for own initiatives and ideas • Independent working • Flat hierarchies • An interdisciplinary and versatile team • Training and further education opportunities Important to know ### Fixed working days are Tuesday and Wednesday. A prerequisite for employment at the Ev.-ref. Gesamtkirchgemeinde Bern is membership in a Landeskirche. Should you belong to another religious community, we can conduct inquiries (not an exclusion criterion). The job interviews will take place on Tuesday, 25. August, 13.30 Uhr - 17 Uhr and on Friday, 28. August, 9 Uhr - 10 Uhr.
