Employee Building Cleaning & Facility Management 100% – Bern Region (m/f/d) in permanent employment For our client in the Bern region, we are looking for a reliable and technically proficient employee for building cleaning and janitorial services, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks • Office, practice, and building cleaning • Window and glass cleaning • Cleaning work during meetings and events • Household cleaning and general building services • Janitorial service and care of various properties • Recognizing and fixing minor technical malfunctions • Inspection of buildings and technical facilities • Winter service and snow removal • Taking over on-call and standby services • Independent organization of daily work Your profile • Several years of verifiable experience in building cleaning • Experience in facility management is an advantage • Technically gifted and handy • Driver's license category B mandatory • Resident in Bern or the immediate vicinity • Very good German language skills • Willingness for flexible working hours and on-call service • Physically robust, resilient and reliable • Independent and responsible way of working • Well-groomed and friendly appearance
