Solution Architect - Voice System Integration (Genesys) - Azure Job description: Responsibility for the Solution Architecture for the integration of the telephony system (Genesys) with the GenAI platform – from data ingestion and model training to the provision of APIs/endpoints and integration into the existing banking IT. Development and establishment of technical standards as well as architecture blueprints to ensure the seamless interaction of databases (e.g., Amazon RDS, MS SQL), applications and platforms in compliance with company-wide and regulatory architecture specifications. Close cooperation with business and IT stakeholders to analyze functional requirements and their transfer into viable, future-oriented solution architectures. Continuous evaluation of new technologies, frameworks and best practices in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to further develop the architecture and promote innovation. About the customer: You are responsible for the architecture and integration of modern AI and voice solutions and work closely with business, IT and security for the implementation of functional requirements. Requirements: Several years of experience (5 years) in the conception and implementation of modern solution architectures In-depth expertise in integration patterns such as microservices, event-driven architectures and APIs – ideally in the environment of Genesys, AWS, Azure and on-premises systems. In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, especially AWS as well as Azure, and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) for the development of scalable, highly available and resilient solutions. Experience in the integration and implementation of AI-supported voice and audio processing, especially Speech-to-Text (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS). Proven experience in the integration of AI solutions into complex hybrid IT landscapes with Azure cloud and on-premises legacy systems. Strong architectural understanding as well as the ability to design and successfully implement technical solutions considering scalability, security and integration capability.
