Alterszentrum Breitlen AG bundles the inpatient and outpatient basic care in the municipality of Hombrechtikon. Alterszentrum Breitlen includes a modern retirement and nursing home with 61 rooms, Spitex Hombrechtikon, over 50 senior apartments, as well as the advisory center «Alter und Gesundheit».
