Risk Management Assistant 80-100% (w/m/d)

What you can achieve • Support in the further development/optimization of the overarching risk management system, the related processes, standards and methods • Assistance in the planning, coordination and maintenance of risk management • Execution, accompaniment and monitoring of risk identification / assessment at group level as well as in the individual business units • Recording, monitoring and tracking of risks, measures and control activities with reporting on progress and emerging problems during implementation • Maintenance of the risk management tool used, evaluation of dashboards and support with periodic risk reporting • Periodic risk assessment and classification of the country list applicable to RUAG according to international indexings (corruption, fragility/stability etc.) for export-controlled goods • Support in the preparation, execution and follow-up of risk boards (including Third Party Management in sales) in coordination with the decentralized sales organization • Support in the planning and execution of awareness measures and education/training in the area of risk management • Representation of the Chief Risk Officer in internal boards and committees What you bring with you • Business studies (FH/HF level) or technical studies with business administration further training • Initial training/further training in risk management • Initial professional experience in risk management or in a comparable function, ideally in an industrial environment • Experience in dealing with Governance, Risk and Compliance systems (GRC) as well as understanding of requirements in the security-critical and politically sensitive environment is an advantage • Knowledge of common risk management standards (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO etc.) as well as in export control (export-controlled goods) is an advantage • Readiness to participate in interdisciplinary change projects in the area of risk management • Strong analytical, conceptual and networked thinking abilities • Structured, reliable, independent and solution-oriented way of working • High level of initiative, resilience and communication skills • Willingness to travel within Switzerland • Very good German and English skills Salary and benefits Around 3000 employees from RUAG and RUAG Real Estate make a significant contribution to the security of Switzerland every day.
