Job Description ## In this internship, you will support the global product management team in the area of Global Parts Strategy & Product Management and gain comprehensive insights into the further development of Syntegon's worldwide parts portfolio. You will work closely with various specialist departments and make an active contribution to the analysis, optimization, and marketing of our parts products throughout the entire product lifecycle. • You will support the development of new parts products using AI, as well as the further development of existing offerings, taking into account technology, market requirements, pricing strategy, and customer feedback. • Additionally, you will participate in the coordination of cross-departmental AI projects and support the implementation of strategic initiatives to increase the performance of our parts solutions. • You will independently conduct market and competitive analyses, evaluate product success based on defined KPIs, and implement corresponding Power BI dashboards. • You will also participate in the further development of digital processes (e.g., e-commerce or obsolescence management) and gain initial experience in a global, technologically driven environment. • You will collect feedback from plants and international stakeholders and work on measures for the continuous improvement of the parts landscape. • Furthermore, you will support the team in creating presentations, reports, and decision templates for management. Qualifications ## • You are completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Science Management, or a related course of study, ideally with an AI specialization. • You can confidently handle common AI tools and MS Office programs. If you already have experience with SAP/R3, that would be an additional advantage. • Your good German and English skills will help you communicate stylishly with local and international colleagues. • As a proactive personality, you enjoy working independently in an international environment. Additionally, you would describe yourself as flexible, communicative, and assertive. • You have a willingness to travel of approx. ~5-10%.
