Sushi Cook/Chef (a) 100% at Negishi Metalli in Zug The Negishi Urban Sushi, an innovative food concept by the Wiesner Gastronomie AG family, was launched in 2006 and has since secured a firm place in the hearts of sushi lovers. With a variety of creative sushi creations – from classic to vegetarian variations – the restaurant delights a broad range of guests. The local restaurant in the Metalli shopping center in Zug invites you to enjoy delicious sushi in a relaxed atmosphere on its terrace. In addition, the team also takes care of incoming take-away and delivery orders. With around 200 seats, Negishi offers ample space for numerous visitors. To complement our warm and well-rehearsed team, we are looking for a motivated Sushi Cook/Chef (a) 100% Your versatile tasks: • You prepare the delicious dishes for lunch and dinner service on your own – especially our delicious sushi creations! • You make the sushi dishes on the menu with passion and great attention to detail • Freshness and quality are your top priority – you ensure that everything is in top condition! • General cleaning work?
