Your tasks • Processing customer inquiries in the area of comparison service offers or direct conclusions • Independently finding suitable solutions within the framework of basic insurance and processing inquiries in a conclusive manner • Arranging a video or telephone consultation with direct sales for customers with existing interest in additional insurance • Advising by phone and email in German or another national language • Proactively completing various sales-related and administrative tasks • Close cooperation with team colleagues • Supporting customer advisors in direct sales Your profile • Commercial training or comparable training • Professional experience in customer care is mandatory • Experience in telephone customer contact is an advantage • Affinity for various IT systems and software as well as good MS-Office skills • Reliable, flexible, resilient, communicative, and motivated personality • Independent and precise way of working • German: stylistically secure (C2) / French, Italian, English (level B2+) Your perspective You are offered an exciting function with regulated working hours from Monday to Friday in a limited-term employment with very modern infrastructure.
