Sales/ Distribution Manager

In the course of an open succession arrangement, we are looking for a winning, pragmatic and motivated as well as motivating personality as Sales/ Distribution Manager Your main tasks: • (Co-)development and implementation of sales and distribution strategies (CH/ D/ A) • Proactive acquisition of new customers as well as care and expansion of existing customer relationships, predominantly in the function as Key Account Manager (KAM) • Market observation and identification of new business opportunities • Building and further development of the sales areas/ teams Switzerland and Germany Qualification and requirements: • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with German as mother tongue • Several years of experience in sales and preferably distribution of commercial goods, ideally in field sales • Distinct communication skills and negotiating skills • Independent and goal-oriented way of working • Willingness to travel (80-90%), driver's license class B You can expect a varied and responsible task with a lot of personal responsibility, great independence and performance-based remuneration and the prospect of a company participation.
