We are looking for a: Metal Construction Project Manager 100% A project manager at CMP-SA plans, coordinates, and supervises the execution of projects (metal structures, facades, metal carpentry) from the technical study to delivery, respecting deadlines, costs, and quality standards, namely: • Project management • Plan the different phases (study, drawing, manufacturing, assembly) • Monitor budgets • Ensure compliance with deadlines • Establish progress reports and invoicing according to the progress of the works • Technical coordination • Analyze and draw plans • Respect specifications • Collaborate with engineers and architects • Validate technical solutions • Production and site monitoring • Supervise manufacturing in the workshop • Organize and monitor assembly work on site • Ensure compliance with safety standards • Client and partner relations • Be the main contact for the client • Participate in site meetings • Manage subcontractors and suppliers • Quality control • Verify the conformity of works • Apply standards (SIA, EN, etc.) • Manage any non-conformities The skills expected by CMP-SA are: • Solid knowledge in metal construction and manufacturing techniques • Mastery of reading plans and CAD/CAM software (e.g., Tekla, AutoCAD) • Project management skills • Basic knowledge of SIA and BPA standards • Good organizational and communication skills • Sense of responsibility and autonomy To do this, the necessary qualifications are: • Technical training with a CFC metal constructor, draftsman, or equivalent is an asset but not mandatory • Ideally completed by: Federal Diploma / HES engineer • Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in a similar position The working conditions for the position are: • Activity rate at 100% • CDI • Activity shared between office and site visits • Frequent travel with a company vehicle • Important responsibilities (budget, deadlines, safety) • Approx. 42.5 to 45H weekly • Salary to be discussed according to the candidate's experience To apply, please send your application file by email to the following address: contact@cmp-sa.ch
