La Fédérat Team Lead Systèmes La Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois informatique ( FHVi ), is the preferred IT partner of 12 regional hospitals and healthcare establishments in the canton of Vaud. The FHVi accompanies them in the many challenges of digital transformation in the healthcare field and has as its main missions to plan, design, implement and operate the IT system of its members. This consists of more than 120 employees serving 14'000 users, for a fleet of more than 8'000 workstations distributed across about a hundred geographical sites and across three cantons (VD, VS, FR). Do you wish to maintain close proximity to technology while supporting a team of systems engineers in their daily activities? The FHVi is looking for a Team Lead Systèmes capable of combining technical expertise, architectural vision and team coordination in order to guarantee the performance, availability and evolution of its critical infrastructures. Your mission: As Team Lead Systèmes, you are above all a high-level technical reference. You intervene on topics of architecture, automation, resilience and evolution of platforms while ensuring the operational coordination of a team of experts. You actively participate in technological choices, the resolution of complex problems and the conduct of strategic projects that support the activities of the FHVi. Your responsibilities: Technical expertise \& architecture Ensure the role of technical reference for the FHVi infrastructures. Design, evolve and maintain critical systems architectures and platforms. Define technical standards, best practices and architectural orientations. Participate in technological choices and technical arbitrations. Guarantee the availability, performance and resilience of the infrastructures. Intervene on complex problems and major level 3 incidents. Security \& continuity of service Contribute to the securing of infrastructures and data. Collaborate with the CISO on cybersecurity initiatives. Participate in the management of vulnerabilities and security incidents. Contribute to continuity and business recovery plans. Guarantee compliance with standards and requirements. Technical leadership \& coordination Be the technical reference for the systems team, escalation point for complex incidents and level 3 technical problems. Coordinate the daily activities of the team: distribution of tasks, monitoring of progress and management of priorities. Ensure technical coaching and skill development of employees. Promote knowledge sharing within the team: documentation, feedback and best practices. Contribute to the definition of the systems technical roadmap in connection with IT management. Participate in projects for the transformation and evolution of infrastructures. Be the technical reference for the systems team, escalation point for complex incidents and level 3 technical problems. Coordinate the daily activities of the team: distribution of tasks, monitoring of progress and management of priorities. Ensure technical coaching and skill development of employees. Participate in projects for the transformation and evolution of infrastructures. Run Maintenance Guarantee the stability and availability of production systems infrastructures on a daily basis. Ensure efficient processing of incidents and service requests within the prescribed deadlines, ensuring compliance with defined service levels. Supervise the health of critical systems and services via the monitoring tools in place. Regularly produce and communicate performance indicators (KPIs) to management: service availability, volume and state of the backlog, resolution rate and processing times. Identify recurring problems and implement lasting corrective actions. Ensure continuity of service during planned interventions (maintenance, updates) in coordination with the concerned teams. Projects \& innovation Participate in projects for the transformation and modernization of infrastructures. Contribute to the definition of technical roadmaps. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Perform active technological monitoring. Propose innovative solutions responding to business needs and future challenges. Profile sought: Education \& experience Higher education in computer science (HES Engineer, EPF or title deemed equivalent). Minimum 7 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering. Significant experience in critical and complex environments. First experience in technical coordination or team leadership appreciated. Technical skills Solid expertise in Linux and/or Microsoft environments (Active Directory, Exchange, PKI, PowerShell). Advanced mastery of virtualization, storage and backup platforms. Very good knowledge of high availability architectures, redundant infrastructures and active/active datacenters. In-depth knowledge in infrastructure cybersecurity. Experience with tools
