This total control allows us to combine cutting-edge innovation, industrial excellence, and a zero-defect quality objective.   Based in the heart of the Jura Arc, in Sonceboz-Sombeval and Boncourt, we operate in a territory recognized for its industrial and technological expertise.   We are recruiting our future Group Legal Manager Location: Sonceboz-Sombeval Your mission ###   As Group Legal Manager, you play a key role in securing the Group's activities and supporting operational teams in an international industrial environment. As a true business partner, you intervene on all legal subjects related to commercial, regulatory, and data governance activities.   Reporting to the Commercial Director / Marketing & Legal, you evolve at the heart of the Group's strategic issues and ensure the management of the legal function, including the management of the Intellectual Property Lawyer.   Your missions: • Contract law & operational support • Manage "contract management" (including negotiation, drafting, review, and structuring), from both the sales and purchasing perspectives, in order to establish the company's best contractual practices ; • Analyze customers' contractual standards and identify risks • Support sales teams during negotiations • Perform legal analysis of claims and participate in dispute resolution • Raise awareness of legal and compliance risks as a defense strategy aimed at reducing litigation ; • Collaborate and coordinate files with external law firms in Switzerland and internationally • Contribute to the structuring and continuous improvement of internal processes (incl. TQM) • Compliance & regulatory requirements • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Monitor subjects related to compliance, safety, and occupational health • Data protection • Advise the company on aspects related to personal data protection • Ensure compliance with GDPR and the Swiss nLPD • Review IT contracts and aspects related to data governance • Intellectual property • Supervise and support the lawyer in charge of intellectual property, and manage associated subjects • Ensure the interface with external counsel and operational teams Your skills ### • Trilingual French, German, English • Mastery of drafting and negotiating complex contracts • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills • Ability to interact with various interlocutors, including at the Management level Your background ### • Higher legal education (Master's in law, ideally business law) • Experience in an international industrial environment (a key asset) Contract ### Indefinite Duration (CDI) Activity rate (%) ### 100 Job Location ## Location ### Switzerland
