In order to ensure compliance with existing quality standards and to continue manufacturing high-quality products for future generations, we are looking for a determined personality to complete the team in Sissach/BL as Quality Manager m/f (80 - 100%) In this position, you will assume responsibility for the following activities: • Continuous development of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 in collaboration with the QM manager of the business unit • Quality assurance of products and processes as well as guaranteeing product safety • Development and implementation of methods to guarantee defined quality standards • Taking customer requirements into account in operational processes • Conducting risk analyses to identify critical control points • Collection and statistical analysis of quality data • Analysis of the causes of quality defects as well as implementation of corrective and preventive measures • Advising and coaching employees on quality issues • Organization of training on quality assurance methods and measures • Planning and conducting internal and external audits • Initiation of improvement projects and promotion of the continuous improvement process (KVP) • Responsibility for complaint management (customer and supplier side) • Management of incoming goods inspection • Supervision of the HSE manager To succeed in these functions, we expect from you: • Completed technical training as well as additional training (QM/Technical or similar) • In-depth knowledge of the sector, manufacturing techniques and products • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and production processes • Experience in using quality management systems and statistical programs • Knowledge of the DIN ISO 9001:2015 standard as well as relevant quality standards • Experience in using quality tools (e.g. FMEA, SPC, Ishikawa) • Experience in conducting internal and external audits • Skills in project management and process optimization • Analytical ability and a high sense of responsibility • Strong service orientation, team spirit and sense of achievement • Mastery of German at native language level • English knowledge at minimum level B1 We offer you a varied and stimulating activity within a small team in a collegial environment.
