Your tasks • Planning, coordination and disposition of transport orders in European land transport • Processing and monitoring of import and export shipments as well as vehicles • Planning of tours and commissioning and notification of the offices involved in transport and customs clearance • Deployment planning of service providers, freight forwarders and drivers • Daily price negotiations with freight forwarders, partners and customers • Cooperation with foreign partner forwarding agents, international freight forwarders and internal specialist departments • Carrying out calculations, analyses and route optimizations • Customer support and consulting as well as special customer business • Ensuring regular communication with customers, service providers and internal contacts • Rapid processing of customer complaints and analysis to avoid future complaints • Creation and processing of invoices for customers and suppliers • Creation of delivery notes, customs documents and other transport-related documents • General organizational and administrative tasks Your profile • Completed training in international freight forwarding or commercial training with experience in a similar position • Professional experience in European land transport and LKW disposition • Very good German and English language skills as well as good French language skills in word and writing • Enjoyment of planning, coordination and organization • Negotiation skills in dealing with freight forwarders, customers and partners • Confident, friendly and customer-oriented demeanor • Exact, efficient and independent working method • Reliable personality with organizational talent, willingness to work and decision-making strength • Team-oriented working method as well as enjoyment of cooperation with internal and external interfaces • Good IT skills and pronounced digital competence What we offer • Varied and responsible tasks in European land transport • A secure job in a family-friendly environment • A committed team with open communication and good cooperation • Opportunities for further training and development prospects • A corporate culture characterized by respect, commitment and reliability • Personal discussion of working hours, remuneration and other framework conditions Do you want to bring your experience in international disposition to the table and take the next step in your career?
