Your tasks Communication with internal and external contact persons; in person, by telephone, as well as in writing/email Coordination of and support & dispatching of service technicians Receipt and processing of customer inquiries, creation of offers, recording of orders as well as invoicing Recording, changing and expanding locking plans (Kaba, Keso) Conception, planning and execution of locking systems Your competence Commercial training/further education or several years of experience in the administrative field In-depth knowledge in the field of locking technology is desirable Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Motivated to learn new things, independent in work scheduling, strong communication skills with suppliers and customers, team player with colleagues as well as reliable in the correct handling of pending tasks.
