Partner Support Door Technology 80% - 100% (m/f/d) Region Ost As a Partner Support Distribution Door Technology, you will accompany certified sales partners, architects, planners and processors (carpenters/metalworkers) in technology transfer towards door technology. He/she ensures that dormakaba products find their way into the sales channels and that the necessary processes and structures - internally as well as externally - are established. A task that counts: Your activities Support of the dormakaba target groups in technical and professional matters for door technology (e.g., secured escape route solutions, door closers, panic locks, AHS/DHW). Establishment and further development of a high-performance sales network in the field of door technology, coordinated with the requirements of the sales division. Technical support of sales in market development and offer creation; support with customer-specific technical questions. Accompanying partners during the project phase until the successful introduction into operational business (implementation support). Establishment of processes and structures for the efficient transition from project to line organization (Operational Readiness / Onboarding Level).
