For one of our clients, a company active in the watchmaking industry and based in Bienne, we are looking for a junior Controlling Officer at 80–100% as part of a 6-month fixed-term contract. The start date is immediate or to be agreed. Your tasks at your new employer You intervene in the preparation and monitoring of accounting closing processes, providing support for the different stages of financial data consolidation You participate in the physical and analytical inventory operations of goods and resources, guaranteeing the reliability of the collected data You contribute to the monitoring of the evolution of departmental budgets, by analyzing variances and supporting managers in steering their resources You ensure the administrative management of requests for access to information systems, ensuring compliance with security and authorization protocols You prepare various management reports, including weekly summaries on turnover, allowing for regular performance monitoring You provide operational support to the sector's employees by accompanying them in the implementation of their financial and administrative missions What you offer your new employer You have training in economics or finance You have a first experience in accounting or controlling, preferably in a structured industrial environment such as watchmaking You manifest a marked interest in controlling You are comfortable with ERPs and master common IT tools, notably Excel. Knowledge of SAP is an asset You possess a fine analytical capacity and know how to present complex information in a clear and synthetic manner You communicate with ease, collaborate effectively with different interlocutors, and also appreciate working autonomously You are rigorous, structured, detail-oriented, and like to propose concrete improvements within your field of action Have we awakened your interest?
