Architect Planning & Execution ----------------------------------- Your tasks: • Independent processing and planning of residential, commercial and industrial buildings from project planning to execution • Communication and coordination with authorities, planners and contractors • Further development of architectural concepts taking into account design, technical and economic aspects • Creation and coordination of project, execution and detail plans in 2D and 3D with ArchiCAD • Ensuring compliance with building regulations and application of SIA standards • Active communication and close cooperation within the planning team Your profile: • Completed architecture studies (ETH/FH) • Experience in Swiss execution & detail planning • Very good German language skills in word and writing (mandatory) • In-depth knowledge of Swiss building law and application of SIA standards • Experience in leading and organizing planning teams • Design understanding and interest in architectural quality • Structured, independent and solution-oriented work approach • Communication strength in dealing with clients, authorities, specialist planners and within the planning team Applications by email please with reference V78UB4 in the subject.
