Structural Works Project Manager Degree in civil engineering EPF, HES, equivalent or ES Technician or equivalent. Proven experience (at least 5 years) in structural works project management in Switzerland in a similar position. Excellent mastery of SIA standards and common software. You are an inspiring leader who knows how to transmit and listen to their teams. Excellent interpersonal skills, very good communicator. Rigor, analytical mind, and solution-oriented. Lead and coordinate construction and renovation projects (residential, tertiary, public or industrial buildings). Coordinate studies via consultants and internal service Supervise technical monitoring, planning and financial control of projects. Lead a team of structural works site managers (technical support, project overview, monitoring the development of the teams' technical skills). Coordination of external partners, and link with clients. Provide solutions and areas for improvement for your department (technological, legal, and standards monitoring).
