Recruiting & Employer Branding Specialist (m/f/d) 80% in the Head Office in Rotkreuz (Hybrid) Your Mission Winning people: You identify suitable specialists and accompany veterinarians, veterinary practice assistants, and other key individuals personally and professionally through the entire recruiting process. Creating trust: You design an authentic, appreciative, and binding Candidate Experience from the first contact to the employment contract. Discovering potential: You use Active Sourcing purposefully, approach suitable candidates directly, and build a sustainable talent pool for future vacancies. Shaping the employer brand: You develop our employer brand equally strategically and operationally and make tangible what distinguishes VetTrust. Creating visibility: You design target-group-oriented content and campaigns for our career page, social media, specialist events, and other relevant channels. Maintaining networks: You establish and maintain contacts with (higher) education institutions, associations, and relevant communities and represent VetTrust authentically and convincingly to the outside world, for example at trade fairs and events. Your Profile Expertise in Recruiting & Employer Branding: You bring several years of professional experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or employer branding. Understanding people: You can understand different personalities and complex profiles and recognize what moves and motivates people. Communication at eye level: You appear confident, open, and empathetic and build trust with sought-after specialists and managers as well as external partners. Strategic view: You understand employer branding as part of the corporate brand and can strategically further develop our employer positioning. Doer with initiative: You work independently, structured, and goal-oriented and enjoy initiating things and developing them systematically. Reliable & discreet: You handle confidential information responsibly and create security and trust through your binding manner.
