• 02 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Avenue du Tir-Fédéral 56, 1024 Ecublens VD UNIMED S.A. - Manufacturer of precision medical devices Seeking a Programmer - CNC Turning and Milling Setter (M/F) at 100% Your mission: • Set up machines for small and large series. • Program, set up, and start up CNC lathes, notably Schaublin 302 and 102. • Program, set up, and start up CNC milling machines, notably Kern, Fehlmann, and Haas types. • Program machines using various CNC programming languages. • During production launch, ensure the validation of aesthetic and dimensional control of parts. • Guarantee quality, respect for deadlines, and optimization of manufacturing processes. • Ensure regular reporting to the team leader and propose continuous improvement solutions. Your profile • CFC in polymechanic or a title deemed equivalent. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. • Excellent mastery of CNC programming and setting, with full autonomy. • Experience, preferably, on Schaublin lathes (major asset), Kern, Fehlmann, and Haas. • Ability to work autonomously, precisely, and in a structured manner. • Stress resistance, analytical spirit, and sense of responsibility. • Availability: immediately or by agreement.
