Spitex Foppa provides outpatient care and support for around 300 clients in its catchment area around Ilanz. The service area includes the regions Safiental, Vals, Lumnezia, Obersaxen Mundaun, Andiast/Waltensburg and the region Ilanz/Glion. The organization ensures needs-based care and support in the clients' familiar environment and works according to the reference nursing model with the goal of promoting independence, quality of life and individual resources as best as possible. Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ 40 - 100% Your tasks include: needs-oriented, individual care and support at home care based on the nursing process and corresponding documentation in cooperation with the case manager You possess the following qualities: completed vocational training as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ You work independently, responsibly and are flexible You have high social skills You have a driver's license cat.
