Receptionist (f/m)

The Dialoghotel Eckstein is a Christian-run, family-oriented 3-star city hotel in Baar/Zug. 39 hotel rooms, one hotel restaurant, and four conference rooms with modern AV technology, in which up to 170 guests can hold meetings simultaneously, make us a popular conference and overnight accommodation location in Central Switzerland. Because the current job holder is retiring, we are looking for a warm, guest-oriented personality (f/m) as a Receptionist / Deputy Chef de Réception starting on October 1st (or by arrangement, at the latest by January 2027). (80 – 100 % workload possible) A family-oriented, cheerful hotel team with a joyful-positive basic attitude and commitment to a Christian-influenced work philosophy awaits you. You are our ideal candidate if you… … have training as a hotel clerk and/or several years of experience from the hotel industry or related sectors … enjoy guest contact and feel comfortable in the role of a host … are service-oriented from the heart and positively extroverted … like to work holistically – with us, front and back office, seminars, and groups are looked after by the reception team … are used to independent, reliable work, partly also on weekends … have good organizational skills … have very good IT skills with MS Office and are already working with at least one hotel software – we work with ProtelAir … can communicate very well in at least one other national language as well as in English, in addition to (Swiss) German. If suitable, you can take over the deputy position of our Chef de Réception after a certain period of time.
