Marketing and Communication Director M/F For a high-end establishment in Valais, we are looking for a: Marketing and Communication Director M/F As Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a strategic role in developing the visibility and commercial performance of the establishment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will notably be required to: Develop sales by creating and consolidating a network of leisure clients, companies, travel agencies, tour operators and event organizers. Develop and implement a commercial strategy favoring direct bookings and reducing dependence on booking platforms. Design attractive digital marketing offers for groups, seminars, private events and seasonal stays. Drive the digital marketing strategy and social media in order to strengthen the establishment's notoriety and generate bookings. Supervise website SEO, digital advertising campaigns and performance monitoring (traffic, conversion, return on investment). Develop press relations and partnerships with media, influencers and tourism players in order to increase the visibility of the establishment. Participate in defining the pricing strategy and revenue management in collaboration with management in order to optimize turnover and profitability. Ensure a coherent commercial strategy and enhance the customer experience by collaborating with various teams. YOUR PROFILE Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar function within a high-end establishment. Solid expertise in marketing business development. Excellent network or ability to develop relationships with media, travel agencies, companies and event organizers. A person who is both strategic, operational and results-oriented, capable of managing several projects at once. Excellent interpersonal skills; French and English required.
