IT PROJECT MANAGER - PRODUCTS, B2B (M/F)

Chopard can rely on a vast internal reservoir of expertise and know-how bringing together more than 45 different professions both in Swiss watchmaking tradition and jewelry.   Your mission Attached to the Head of Core Business Applications - Products, B2B and SAV, you pilot and actively contribute to the implementation of IT projects from the framing phase to deployment. Beyond piloting, you adopt a key operational role by directly intervening in problems, with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach. You will intervene in particular on the following areas: \- Products: PIM, DAM, product data management \- B2B: ERP, B2B platforms, partner flows   Your main responsibilities Project management Manage IT projects from start to finish (framing, planning, coordination) Monitor budgets, deadlines and quality of deliverables Anticipate and manage risks, dependencies and arbitrations Ensure structured and regular reporting Operational contribution Participate directly in analyses, specifications and problem solving Provide support on complex situations Intervene in execution when necessary Problem analysis & resolution Identify and analyze functional and technical issues Propose concrete solutions and secure choices Integration & coordination Understand IT flows and architectures (APIs, interfaces) Facilitate coordination between technical and business teams Collaboration Work in close collaboration with business and IT teams Unite stakeholders around projects Adopt a constructive, proactive and solution-oriented posture Your background and skills • 5 to 8 years of experience in IT project management • Experience in complex environments (multi-actors, multi-systems) • Good knowledge of PIM, DAM, ERP or B2B platform-type solutions (an asset) • Solid organizational and prioritization skills • Excellent problem analysis and resolution capacity • Good understanding of integration flows (APIs, interfaces) • Ability to evolve in demanding contexts and manage the unexpected • Team spirit, curiosity and results-oriented • Mastery of French and English, both spoken and written Type of contract: Permanent Occupancy rate: Full-time
