Job description Espace de vie SA is an institution that manages the établissements médico-sociaux (EMS) of La Châtelaine in Vernier and Saint-Loup in Versoix. These welcome 91 and 84 residents respectively. Approximately 100 collaborators per institution are employed there. To complete the care team of the EMS La Châtelaine, we are looking for: A pool health assistant (variable activity rate) Mission and responsibilities : In service of the institutional project and the project of accompaniment and care of residents in a living space, the person is responsible for performing care adapted to their physical and psychic state, supporting and helping residents to accomplish daily life tasks as well as contributing to their accompaniment and that of their entourage. The health assistant contributes, under the supervision of the qualified nursing staff, through their professional skills and observations, to the multidisciplinary care and accompaniment process, defined with the resident and, if applicable, their relatives, the therapeutic representative, as well as the treating physician and the teams.
