In order to complete its teams, the Service des bâtiments is looking for a Concierge. Permanent position at 100% - Class 8 Your mission : • Ensure the daily maintenance and cleaning of communal rooms and buildings ; • Ensure the surveillance of buildings and ensure compliance with security measures ; • Ensure the proper technical functioning of the premises, the handling of equipment and furniture ; • Be present during certain communal events for setup and tidying up. Your profile : • Hold a CFC as a cleaning agent ; • Possess at least 5 years of similar experience ; • Be in possession of a B1 driver's license ; • Master sustainable development standards regarding maintenance ; • Good command of French ; • Ease with standard IT tools ; • Know how to work autonomously, be skillful and handy ; • Have a good team spirit and be comfortable in contact with diverse publics ; • Accept great flexibility in schedules: evenings, weekends, on-call services, possible split shifts.
