For the Tertianum Kirchdorf/Kappelerhof home, we are looking for, immediately or by agreement, an Healthcare Specialist CFC 80-100% Your tasks • Global care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and care process • Taking charge of tasks as a reference person in care • Participation in the care process and the assessment of care needs with RAI/BESA for assigned residents • • Electronic documentation of care via CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone) • Planning and support of medical visits • Taking charge of daily responsibility • Taking charge of tasks as a thematic manager of a specialized subject and participation in the intergroup network for care quality Your profile • Completed training as a healthcare specialist CFC • Professional experience in long-term care desired • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to take these courses (covered) • Warm and humorous attitude • Taste for varied challenges • Good command of German, spoken and written Why Tertianum?
