Today, VISIONAPARTMENTS offers tailored temporary living solutions at over 850 business locations worldwide To strengthen our professional team in Zürich, we are looking for a/an, effective immediately or by arrangement: COO - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER - 100% Your tasks: Project management (architecture) Development of architectural projects and provision of all architectural services for new construction projects Personnel responsibility for 2-3 employees Construction projects (layout development, building permits, execution and construction plans, project monitoring, leadership and coordination Existing architecture (existing plans, architectural plans/data) Project responsibility (new openings/re-openings, financial controlling / budget responsibility, project financial controlling, responsibility for additional costs) Reporting (reporting to CEO/Chairman, reporting to project teams) Overall operational responsibility Overall responsibility for the operational operation of all locations (Switzerland, Germany, Romania) Ensuring an efficient, economical and high-quality business operation Continuous optimization of business processes and organizational structures Definition, introduction and monitoring of company standards and operational guidelines Analysis and monitoring of relevant business management key figures Identification and implementation of cost-saving and efficiency increase measures Contract Management Logistics Technical responsibility for properties Personnel responsibility and leadership of the technician team Greater Zurich Area Control over maintenance/care Control over restoration Control over renewal of technical systems Control and coordination of damage cases Contact person for all technical matters in all properties Cleaning Personnel responsibility and leadership of the cleaning team Greater Zurich Area Customer Service Personnel responsibility and leadership of the Customer Support Center in Warsaw Responsibility and central contact person for all technical matters, maintenance & damage cases of the external locations (Switzerland, Germany, Romania) Part-time personnel and specialist leadership of the technically responsible employee Your profile: Education in at least one of these specialist areas: Completed university degree (Bachelor or Master) in business administration, industrial engineering, corporate management, management or a comparable specialist area. Architecture experience in commercial projects Technical basic training (construction, industry, mechanics or similar) Business administration degree (HF, FH, MBA, EMBA, Ing.) Degree in project management Knowledge and experience: Leadership experience in a business management environment Project experience with a focus on real estate and construction Theoretical or practical construction experience Sound theoretical and practical project management experience Practical experience in the project management of medium to large projects of min. 10-15 Mio. CHF (construction/real estate projects) Understanding of real estate management in the hospitality sector, building operations and facility management as well as their economic control.
