Setting Technician - Rolling (M/F) - 100% - PERMANENT POSITION

Your mission We are looking for an experienced Rolling Setting Technician, capable of guaranteeing high-precision production in accordance with the most demanding watchmaking standards for a company recognized in its field. Your responsibilities: - Perform complete setting of rolling machines (traditional or CNC depending on the machine park). - Prepare tooling, launch series, and ensure production monitoring. - Optimize rolling parameters to guarantee quality, stability, and productivity. - Perform self-checks using standard instruments (comparators, microscopes, loupes, rolling-specific measuring devices). - Identify and correct production deviations. - Ensure first-level maintenance and collaborate with the Methods and Quality teams. Your profile • CFC in micromechanics, polymechanics, or precision mechanics - Proven experience in watchmaking rolling: wheel teeth, pinions, axles, or similar micromechanical parts. - Excellent mastery of setting, centering, and the management of clearances and pressures. - Acute sense of precision, quality, and meticulous work. - Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to manage several series in parallel.
