Test Manager

Tasks You keep the threads together during the verification and validation of a newly developed ICT communication solution and act as the central point of contact for the customer. To do this, you coordinate with internal and external contacts in an agile environment (according to SAFe) all necessary work steps, including the use of test infrastructure, and eliminate obstacles around test activities. You implement the test strategy of the department, in alignment and cooperation with development, as well as technical leadership of test engineers. You support development with well-thought-out test cases: Based on requirements, you plan and create structured test scenarios. You ensure that production-like test data is available in a timely manner, which reflects real deployment scenarios. You participate in test execution, document the results, and evaluate them. You support continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and reviews. You support the execution of system or solution demos. Requirements Completed degree from a university of applied sciences or university in a technical field with solid knowledge of telecommunications and computer science. Several years of experience in the field of SW & HW test engineering and test management. Technical certification such as ISTQB or IREP. Experience in project work in larger projects, ideally in a scaled agile environment (according to SAFe). Good analytical skills and structured approach to work. Relevant experience in handling Spira Team, JIRA, and Confluence. Team-oriented, communicative, flexible, and resilient personality. Independent and self-reliant action in the environment of cutting-edge technology. Good German and English skills. Languages Good German and English skills
