Sector Head Operations 100% (m/f/d) What you can achieve: Technical and operational leadership of a team of 20-40 employees Ensuring professional implementation of customer orders Responsibility for compliance with processes, specifications, and quality standards Promotion and development of your employees through targeted leadership and regular qualification talks Support in the initial and further training of new and existing employees Independent assumption of productive assignments in your sector (incl. night shifts) Representation of Securitas AG (Winterthur branch) towards internal and external contact persons What you bring: Ideally, you possess the Eidg.
