More than 200 highly motivated, skilled employees ensure the supply of our regional and international customers in Niederbipp, Bern, among others with the Swiss traditional brand Tela. As a family-run company, Tela has complemented a network of hygiene paper factories in Switzerland, Germany and Poland that has existed for over 40 years as a partner since 2021.

To strengthen our team in Niederbipp, we are looking for you as soon as possible as

AVOR Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Work preparation & planning: You take over the planning and preparation of maintenance, servicing and repair orders.
• Resource availability: To ensure a smooth process, you ensure the availability of spare parts, external companies and personnel.
• Order control: You create maintenance orders, keep an overview and control as well as monitor their implementation.
• Documentation & analysis: You document malfunctions, measures and downtime in a structured manner and support the analysis and evaluation.
• Interface coordination: In close coordination with production, maintenance, purchasing and warehouse, you plan downtimes efficiently and practically.

Profile

• Education: You have completed a technical vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic, industrial electrician or comparable). Alternatively, you have a commercial education with a strong technical understanding.
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in technical work preparation help you to master even complex situations confidently.
• IT & system knowledge: You are confident with MS Office. Experience with ERP and maintenance systems (e.g. SAP, Maximo, SAMA) is a plus.
• Service orientation: You enjoy working with production and internal customers; service orientation is a matter of course for you.
• Personality: You appear confident, can assert yourself and remain solution-oriented and collegial.
