In the Social Services department, we are looking for a Social Worker FH/HFS (80 - 100%, m/f/d) ## for a fixed-term employment of 12 months (with option for extension) starting immediately or by arrangement. With its 18 employees, the Social Services department is responsible for the provision of statutory social assistance, voluntary social counseling, the asylum system, and the management of adult protection mandates. To complement and strengthen our team, we are therefore looking for a new colleague. Your main tasks are: • Verification of the eligibility requirements for receiving economic social assistance, taking into account the legal basis and the principle of subsidiarity • Development and implementation of goal-oriented individual assistance plans including interdisciplinary cooperation within the framework of case management • Needs assessment for the economic integration of eligible persons • Counseling of individuals and families on personal, family, and financial topics within the framework of social legislation • Completion of administrative activities in cooperation with the Administration team (tandem system) • Conducting investigations in the field of adult protection on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority • Management of adult protection mandates on behalf of the Child and Adult Protection Authority We offer you a varied, interesting, and challenging activity in a dynamic and exciting field of work with opportunities for subject-specific further and continuing education.
