Guarantor of quality, compliance, and supervision in the management of curatorship mandates, you develop the autonomy and skill development of your team (20 employees). Main Responsibilities • Local management & autonomy: You supervise professional curators and administrative and accounting employees by fostering a climate of trust. You support them in analyzing ordinary as well as complex situations. You are the first point of reference for resolving daily operational problems. • Guarantee of quality and compliance: You ensure strict compliance with legal, judicial, and institutional frameworks and ensure regular quality control of practices and files. • Operational steering and reporting: You organize the service's activity to ensure its efficiency and manage the continuous improvement of professional processes and practices. You analyze activity indicators and report essential information to Management accompanied by solutions regarding strategic issues and/or identified risks. • Coordination and Network: You facilitate meetings and ensure a fluid link between your team, Management, judicial authorities, and partners of the Fribourg socio-sanitary network.
