Benefits Clerk Pension Fund (m/f/d) 80 to 100% Speculative Application: On behalf of our client – an established Swiss pension institution in the Zurich area – we are looking for an exact and service-oriented personality for the operational benefits processing in the 2nd pillar. Your main tasks • Independent examination and processing of all benefit cases (age, disability, death, vested benefits and WEF) • Calculation of pensions, lump-sum settlements and vested benefits • Correspondence and telephone contact with insured persons, employers, authorities and social insurance institutions • Entry and mutation of master and benefit data in the administration system • Active collaboration in the annual closing work in the benefits area Qualifications What you bring with you • Commercial basic training (ideally in private or social insurance) • Professional experience in the administration of a pension fund or collective foundation • Further training in the field of social insurance (e.g., Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Social Insurance) is an advantage • Proficient German in speaking and writing; other languages (FR/IT) are a plus • Exact way of working, high affinity for numbers and enjoyment of customer contact What awaits you • Attractive employment conditions and contemporary social benefits • Flexible working hours with the possibility of home office • Careful induction into a well-coordinated, helpful team • Modern work equipment and a centrally located workplace Interested?
