YOUR CHALLENGE: • You take responsibility for the entire store - from team management to increasing turnover. • You coach and develop your team, identify talents, and encourage them in a targeted manner. • The welcoming appearance of your store is personally important to you. • You keep an eye on the key figures: turnover, stock management, inventory, and cash register are under your total control. • You are not just a team leader, but also a passionate salesperson and you act as a role model with your positive mindset. • Customer loyalty is no secret to you - you ensure first-class customer experiences and lasting relationships. • You implement the regional strategy on the frontline and transform your store into a true success story.
