AOOS is a reference supervisory and self-regulatory body (OS/OAR) in Switzerland for the supervision of asset managers and trustees as well as for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing (LBA) with offices in Zurich, Geneva, and Lugano, bringing together a dozen specialized collaborators. To strengthen our Geneva office, we are looking for a: Juriste Your mission • Ongoing monitoring of affiliates to the OS or OAR • Control of audit reports (LSFin/LEFin/LBA) • Processing of authority requests and affiliate questions • Various legal questions • Interaction with the authority, affiliates, and auditors Your profile • Master's degree in Swiss law or economic and social sciences with good knowledge of Swiss law and regulations; previous experience in auditing welcome • Perfect mastery of French and good level of English • 4 to 6 years of previous experience in banking and financial regulation, ideally with an audit firm, a bank, or a financial intermediary • Proactive and dynamic • Rigorous, with an excellent sense of organization and prioritization • "Team player", perfectly at ease in human contacts • Writing ease We offer you: • A stimulating work environment • The possibility of expanding your knowledge in a particularly interesting field • A pleasant working environment in the city center
