You actively help shape complex higher education didactics projects with technological expertise, conceptual strength, and agile working methods. You work proactively with various specialist departments within the PH Zürich as well as with external partners from universities, NGOs, and the economy and promote sustainable cooperations. This is what you bring with you. You have a completed Master's degree at a Pädagogische Hochschule or a comparable university with continuing education in higher education didactics or pedagogy. You have experience in the application of KI-systems and bring competencies in the field of AI Literacy. You have knowledge and experience in the areas of design, Interaction Design, process design, or ideation. You bring a joy of design and want to actively help shape the future of the education system. Thanks to your broad repertoire of didactic methods as well as your experience in project coordination, you move confidently in complex organizational structures.
