HVAC/BMS Technician (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for an HVAC/BMS technician (M/F). Your future responsibilities: • You will periodically control the proper functioning of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary (HVAC) installations. • You will ensure preventive and curative maintenance operations on all HVAC and sanitary equipment. • You will analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical faults on the installations. • You will take charge of the management and processing of technical alarms via the supervision tool. • You will optimize the performance and settings of the regulation loops of the HVAC installations. • You will carry out measurement, testing, and balancing campaigns for hydraulic and air networks. • You will participate in control tests and functional tests of critical installations. • You will supervise and coordinate the interventions of subcontracted companies while guaranteeing safety, quality, and compliance. • You will ensure the operational follow-up and coordination of a team of service providers in charge of HVAC maintenance. • You will write technical descriptions and small specifications for improvement or work projects. • You will manage the supply of material and consumables necessary for maintenance and technical operations. • You will ensure the HVAC technical standby on call 24h/24 according to the planned organization of the team. Your profile: • You hold a CFC as a heating or sanitary installer, ideally supplemented by a Federal Diploma of Higher Education (ES) as a Building Technician or an equivalent recognized title. • You have significant experience in the maintenance of complex HVAC installations, preferably in a demanding industrial or tertiary environment. • You master Building Management Systems (BMS) and tools and intervene in the settings and supervision of installations. • You demonstrate excellent ease with IT tools, notably the Office Suite and technical software dedicated to maintenance. • You demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and know how to manage priorities effectively in a dynamic and high-stakes environment. • You cultivate a strong team spirit, a developed sense of service, as well as a strong customer orientation, while possessing very good communication skills.
